Dorchester House (second) relocates.

The organization renovates a tenement building, a junkshop, a laundry, a shoe repair shop and a vacant store into 24 activity rooms at 1345 – 1353 Dorchester Avenue. It moves into a new building (third) on the same site in 1974.*
